What country do you desire the most to visit? Well! It’s the Philippines according to a UK travel magazine, Wanderlust.
The magazine has nominated the Philippines for “the most desirable country’’ as well as two other categories. And why not? The Philippines is known for its abundance of beautiful beaches and delicious fruits.
Wanderlust embraces the country in its list of most desirable countries under the category “for the rest of the world.”
Additional nominations include Cebu and Palawan for the most attractive region and island, respectively.
Filipinos are being urged by the Department of Tourism to “show support” and vote for their nation on Wanderlust’s website.
Australia was ranked the most desirable country last year for long journeys while France earned the spot for short journeys.
On the list of most desirable regions, The Greek Islands were on the top for short journeys while British Columbia for long journeys.
