How long do we keep this information?

Information related to an individual associated with one of our customers is retained while the customer relationship is in place (and to complete any post-termination transactions or wind-down of activities) or until we are advised that the individual is no longer associated with that customer.

Information related to individuals who are contacted for marketing and promotional purposes is retained until they indicate they no longer wish to be contacted (e.g., unsubscribing from email solicitations).

Information related to individuals will generally be deleted when the purpose for which the information was being used no longer exists.

Lawful Basis for Collecting Personal Information: Partner and Express collects and processes personal information in order to fulfil your product purchases, returns, refunds, related activities, and our contract with you, and reach out to you if required. This information is collected and processed in accordance with local laws including GDPR regulations in the UK. For those individuals to whom the GDPR applies, general personal information is collected and processed on the basis of the contract formed or to be formed between us but the additional sensitive personal information is collected and processed under the lawful basis of consent if required. Partner and Express will erase any data as long as it is legally allowed to according the laws and regulations in the countries in which we operate. 1. Partner and Express will acknowledge your request.
2. Partner and Express will review your specific request and the country of its origin, and determine if we are lawfully allowed to oblige the request.
3. Partner and Express will then either:

5. inform you as to the date that Partner and Express is legally allowed to remove said data from our systems given the nature of said data and the country of its origin.

The Right to Access Your Personal Information: At any time, you have the right to access your personal information held by Partner and Express. To make a request for access to your data, a personal appearance is required at a Partner and Express location with a government issued ID. After validating the identity of the requestor, Partner and Express will provide your personal information in accordance with our policies.

International Transfer of Your Personal Information: Your information may need to be transferred outside the UK region to Government Authorities and Logistics Companies in order to successfully process your order from country (or countries) if and when we will start shipping to locations outside the UK, mostly EU countries. Such countries may not have data protection laws equivalent to countries in the UK. We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that your personal information remains confidential when transferred to such countries. You may withdraw your consent at any time but if the consent is withdrawn prior to the provisioning of the service (or order), we will then be unable to complete the provision of the services (or orders).

Partner and Express has mechanisms in place designed to help assure compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles. Partner and Express conducts an annual self-assessment of its consumer personal data practices to verify that the attestations and assertions the company makes about its Privacy Shield privacy practices are true and that the company’s privacy practices have been implemented as represented and in accordance with the Privacy Shield Principles.

Consumers may file a complaint concerning Partner and Express’s processing of their Personal Data. Partner and Express will take steps to remedy issues arising out of its alleged failure to comply with the Privacy Shield Principles. Finally, as a last resort and in limited situations, UK individuals may seek redress from the Privacy Shield Panel, a binding arbitration mechanism.
